EXPO REAL 2026 Munich – International Real Estate & Investment Trade Fair

EXPO REAL 2026 takes place from October 5–7, 2026 at Trade Fair Center Messe München in Munich, Germany. The international trade fair brings together professionals across real estate, investment and infrastructure, including developers, investors, lenders, asset managers, advisors, operators and technology providers.

The event covers the full real estate value chain, with discussions and exhibits spanning investment markets, development, financing, asset classes, digitalization and sustainability. Its 2026 conference program includes specialist forums and stages focused on investment, technology, decarbonization, flexible housing and other major industry themes.

EXPO REAL also provides dedicated networking and meeting facilities, while the Transform & Beyond area highlights technologies and solutions including smart buildings, energy efficiency, ESG data, AI, robotics and digital property management. Visitor hours are 09:00–19:00 on October 5–6 and 09:00–16:00 on October 7.
