1. WHO WE ARE
PremierPossible.com is a multi-agency real estate listing platform that allows real estate professionals, property owners, banks, and hotels (“Listing Creators”) and regular users (“Buyers” or “Visitors”) to interact with real estate listings, events, and blog content.

2. WHO CAN CREATE LISTINGS
The following authorized professionals and entities may create and post listings on PremierPossible.com:
✔ Real Estate Professionals, including licensed Agents, Brokers, and Realtors.
✔ Property Owners who wish to sell or rent out their properties.
✔ Banks and Financial Institutions listing foreclosed or bank-owned properties.
✔ Hotels and Resort Owners & Management offering accommodations.
Regular users (buyers, renters, and visitors) cannot create listings but may browse and contact listing creators.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & USER RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Who Can Register?
- Listing Creators (Real Estate Professionals, Property Owners, Banks, and Hotel/Resort Management) can create accounts, post listings, and use AI tools.
- Regular Users can register to browse listings, contact Listing Creators, and engage with the blog and events calendar.
B. Account Security
- Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported immediately.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
C. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
❌ Copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of our listing template or platform design.
❌ Use AI-generated content from our platform for external third-party websites.
❌ Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal property/hotel listings.
❌ Scrape, copy, or distribute any content (including listings, blog articles, and event details) without permission.
❌ Use the Website for spamming, hacking, or any unlawful activities.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
4. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & USAGE RIGHTS
A. User-Generated Content (Listings, Media, & AI Tools)
- Listing Creators own the images and videos they upload for their property or hotel listings.
- PremierPossible.com owns the template and layout of all listings. Users may not copy, modify, or reproduce the design or structure of listings outside this platform.
- Any content generated by AI tools on our platform may only be used within PremierPossible.com and cannot be exported to third-party platforms.
B. Intellectual Property Rights
- PremierPossible.com owns all intellectual property related to its design, layout, templates, AI-generated text, branding, and logos.
- Users and Visitors may NOT copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the website’s content (including listings, blogs, and events) without explicit written permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
5. REAL ESTATE & HOSPITALITY TRANSACTIONS & USER DISPUTES
A. No Involvement in Transactions
PremierPossible.com is a listing platform only and does not act as a real estate broker, agent, hotel booking service, or intermediary in any real estate or hospitality transactions.
- We do not handle, verify, or process payments, contracts, title transfers, lease agreements, hotel bookings, or legal documents.
- We do not verify the accuracy of property details, prices, availability, ownership status, or listing claims.
- Users must independently verify all listing information and exercise due diligence before engaging in transactions.
B. No Responsibility for Disputes Between Users
Any transaction, agreement, or negotiation between a Listing Creator (real estate professional, property owner, bank, or hotel/resort management) and a User (buyer, renter, or guest) is solely between those parties.
PremierPossible.com and its owners, employees, and affiliates are NOT responsible or liable for:
- Disputes between buyers, sellers, renters, and listing creators.
- Misrepresentation, fraud, or inaccurate listing information.
- Cancellations, refunds, or issues related to hotel bookings made directly with hotel/resort management.
- Property defects, legal claims, or any financial losses resulting from transactions initiated through our platform.
Users agree to resolve any disputes independently without involving PremierPossible.com.
C. Caution for Users
Users should exercise due diligence before engaging in any real estate or hospitality transaction, including:
✅ Verifying the credentials and reputation of Listing Creators.
✅ Conducting independent property inspections and legal title checks.
✅ Reviewing hotel/resort policies before booking accommodations.
✅ Seeking professional legal and financial advice before entering into agreements.
If you believe a user has engaged in fraudulent activity, please report it at our Contact Page, but understand that PremierPossible.com does not intervene in individual disputes.
6. BLOG & EVENTS CALENDAR
We provide a real estate blog and an events calendar for industry-related updates.
- User Comments: Users may engage with blog and event posts, but we reserve the right to moderate or remove any inappropriate content.
- Event Listings: Only authorized individuals may submit events. Fraudulent or misleading event submissions may result in account suspension.
7. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
A. No Guarantee of Accuracy
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any property/hotel listing, blog post, or event published on our Website.
B. No Endorsement of Listings
PremierPossible.com is NOT a real estate brokerage or hotel booking agency. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listings.
C. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
8. TERMINATION & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
We may terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion if a user:
- Violates these Terms & Conditions.
- Engages in fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Attempts to copy or reproduce our listing template or AI-generated content outside of PremierPossible.com.
If your account is terminated, you will lose access to any listings, AI-generated content, or stored data on our Website.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
A. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of NORWAY.
B. Dispute Process
- Any disputes must first be resolved by contacting us through our Contact Form.
- If no resolution is reached, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration before any legal proceedings.
- Users waive the right to file class-action lawsuits against PremierPossible.com.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
