CREtech New York 2026 – Real Estate AI Conference

CREtech New York 2026 takes place October 20–21, 2026 at the Javits Center in New York City. The two-day conference brings together real estate owners, developers, investors, brokers, occupiers, technology companies and industry leaders focused on how artificial intelligence and digital innovation are reshaping the built environment.

The program centers on AI-first real estate strategy, capital markets, construction innovation, climate technology and property operations. CREtech also runs a large structured meetings program, with more than 20,000 pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings planned across the commercial real estate ecosystem, alongside main-stage sessions, innovation programming, startup demonstrations and peer roundtables.

The event is held in Hall 1B of the Javits Center at 429 11th Avenue. Registration and show activities begin at 08:00 on both days, with the main event running until 17:00. Registration options currently range from free to $1,395, depending on attendee type, eligibility and registration option.
