LPS Shanghai 2026 – International Luxury Property Show

LPS Shanghai 2026 will take place from December 4–6, 2026 at the Shanghai Exhibition Center in central Shanghai. The event is the 25th consecutive edition of the Luxury Property Showcase and is positioned as an invitation-only international property exhibition designed specifically for the Chinese luxury real estate market. Organizers expect more than 180 exhibitors and over 17,300 targeted visitors, with properties and projects represented from more than 45 countries and over 200 cities.

The show is aimed at affluent buyers, investors, family offices, real estate professionals and other high-net-worth visitors looking for international property opportunities. Exhibitors span luxury residential real estate, resort and second-home developments, branded residences, private islands, ski properties and premium investment opportunities across markets including China, the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, the UAE, France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Cyprus, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia.
